Made slowly in small batches from the famous Matthews family recipe, our homemade harissa is crafted using organic ingredients grown at Whiskey Creek Farm. Packed with rich smoked chilli, garlic, olive oil and warming spices, this is an intensely hot condiment designed to be used sparingly. A tiny amount goes a very long way. One enthusiastic spoonful and suddenly you're reassessing every decision that led you to the kitchen.
Perfect stirred through yoghurt for a spicy dip, on lamb or beef — honestly, good with everything. Stir it through soups, eggs, roasted vegetables and slow-cooked dishes for deep heat and rich flavour.
Each batch is handmade over a lengthy preparation process using fresh farm ingredients and traditional methods. Heat levels may vary slightly between batches due to the natural nature of the produce used.
